Seasonal apartment, exclusive, electronic lock, up to 5 people. Cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, block from the beach! It is located on Rua Constante Ramos, Copacabana, close to transport, shops and services. The region is very charming, well frequented and with many shops and interesting places to eat and visit!

Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, just ask, ok?

Your reservation is exclusive, for the use of the entire accommodation, up to the informed capacity of people. Guests are welcome! The accommodation is complete, has all the features of a normal home, designed to provide you with comfort and safety! In detail: Bathroom: Hairdryer, Hygienic shower, Gas hot water.

Accommodation: Queen bed, single mattress, bed and bath linen, air conditioning, TV with open channels and IPTV, fan, blackout curtain, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa, blackout curtain , kitchen with complete equipment and utensils, electronic lock at the entrance, balcony, closet.

Two highlights of your stay are the warmth and silence it offers, both inside and outside the city. Close to the beach, many people take their pets and children to run and play, while they slow down from the rush of everyday life.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, in front of the beach and with transport and shopping options. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and groups of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, depending on local availability.

On the day of your arrival at 1pm we will send you instructions. It's important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok? Let us know as soon as possible if you need something different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days left until their arrival, we will reinforce the request for photos of documents. Don't worry, your data will be protected, in light of the LGPD.

We have a housekeeper who can work on cleaning during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need it!

Copacabana is a neighborhood that opens 24 hours a day and is very charming!

You will stay just a few meters from one of the best-known beaches in the world, you will have all the local shops you need, pharmacies, markets, shops, street markets, not to mention the city's main transport options: taxi, Uber, bus and subway. From the airports to here it is about 20 minutes from SDU and 50 minutes from GIG.

In the surrounding area there are restaurants ranging from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need in a normal neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.
