Living rooms: 3 sofa beds measuring 2 meters each, a 55-inch TV in the family room, a 75-inch TV in the gourmet room, Wi-Fi internet, integrated soundbar, net-channel device.

Kitchen/Outdoor area: Electric oven, microwave, 2 5-burner cooktop stoves, country stove, charcoal barbecue with parrilha grill with elevation, refrigerator, 1 large beer maker, 6 stools, rustic wooden table with wooden bench, coffee table glass with umbrella and 6 chairs, small glass table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and side table, large pool table with 6 cues, rustic wooden kitchen table with 12 chairs, sandwich maker, blender, electric water filter and heated pool.

Some important information about renting the property: 1- Regarding events: Maximum limit of 50 people in the property (It is not allowed to bring guests if the limit of 50 people in the property is exceeded); 2- Automotive sound and rockets are prohibited; 3- Layette is not included (Bring swimwear and hygiene products); 4- It is not allowed to take glasses or glass bottles to the pool; 5- It is not allowed to enter the house of the condominium owners next door; 6- After accepting the reservation, our team will contact the guest via WhatsApp to request their personal email and photo ID for issuing and sending the contract that will be sent for digital signature via the DocuSing platform; 7- Property capable of hosting 15 guests. Before your arrival, our team will contact you with instructions for check-in, which can be carried out using a password or key. In compliance with the condominium rules, we ask that all guests send their identification for registration/release at the condominium.
