- Pets deverão ser conduzidos pelo elevador de serviço, de preferência no colo para segurança do animal;

- Se derramar algo nos corredores ou elevador, procure a portaria para providenciar a limpeza imediatamente, ou se possível limpe você mesmo;

- Não é permitido visitas no prédio sem que tenha previa autorização. Para que não tenha esse problema, para gerar o nosso contrato solicitamos o envio do documento pessoal de todos os hóspedes;

- Proibido qualquer tipo de barulho ou algazarras entre 22h e 8:00h, sendo que fora desse intervalo também pedimos bom senso;

- Proibido circular pelos corredores e elevador sem camisa e/ou roupas de banho, só parte de cima de biquíni, também não é permitido.

- Proibido levar qualquer tipo de recipiente de vidro para a borda da piscina ou dentro dela;

- Proibido consumir bebidas alcoólicas nas áreas comuns do prédio e nos elevadores;

- Proibido pets e convidados na área de lazer (somente hóspedes devidamente cadastrados no sistema);

Observação: O descumprimento de qualquer dessas regras gera multa para o apartamento no valor de 30% do salário-mínimo, sendo acumulativas quando descumpridas mais de uma, e dobradas quando reincidente. Evite aborrecimentos.
