Every 7 days we change bed and bath linen, just ask, ok?

Your accommodation has 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 mattress, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, household items and hot water. We provide cots and beach chairs (free of charge). If needed, we can deliver additional mattresses (at a cost). If you wish, please schedule delivery at least 2 days in advance, ok? During your stay, we change bed and bath linen every 7 days, we just ask that you let us know 1 day before you want the change. In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, in front of the beach and with transport and shopping options. Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, depending on local availability.

On the day of your arrival at 1pm we will send you instructions. It's important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok? Let us know as soon as possible if you need something different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days left until their arrival, we will reinforce the request for photos of documents. Don't worry, your data will be protected, in light of the LGPD.

We have a housekeeper who can work on cleaning during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need it!

Flamengo is a neighborhood that opens 24 hours a day and is very charming! In this neighborhood, Rio de Janeiro housed the headquarters of the Republic, today the Museum of the Republic, in the Catete Palace! Sooooo worth visiting!

You will stay just a few meters from good transport and accessible to the best-known neighborhoods in Rio de Janeiro, as well as all the local businesses you need: pharmacies, markets, shops, street markets, not to mention the city's main transport options: taxi, uber , bus and subway. From the airports to here it is about 20 minutes from SDU and 50 minutes from GIG.
