The neighborhood is very charming, well frequented and there are many shops and interesting places to eat and visit around it!

Your reservation is exclusive, for the use of the entire house, up to the informed capacity of adults. Guests are welcome!

The apartment is complete, has all the features of a normal home, and was designed to accommodate your trip with comfort and safety!

RULES:

1. Check-in: 2pm; Check-out; 12pm. If you need something different, let us know in time.

2. Do not smoke or consume drugs inside the accommodation.

3. The building is residential. Respect moral values, local laws, condominium rules and noise hours (maximum until 9pm).

4. In common areas, do not wear swimwear or without a shirt and do not make excessive noise.

5. Obey local rules, such as limiting the number of people in the elevator or disposing of garbage in appropriate places. If in doubt, ask us.

The apartment is entire, exclusively yours during the reservation, with a double bed, in the hottest neighborhood in Rio, Copacabana! Additionally, count on:

1) Wifi, TV, air-conditioned environments, many comfort features;

2) Full kitchen, espresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine, general kitchen items;

3) Complete bathroom, hot water, with hygiene and cleaning items for your daily life.

Don't stop there! Bed and bath linen included, of course! Furthermore, we are very concerned about cleanliness: a clean and fragrant environment.

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, depending on local availability. On the day of your arrival, at 1 pm, the system will send instructions. It's important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok? Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days left until their arrival, we will reinforce the request for photos of documents. Don't worry, your data will be protected, in light of the LGPD. You can park and bring your things! Guests are welcome! We have a housekeeper who can work on cleaning during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need it!

You will stay just a few meters from one of the best-known beaches in the world, you will have all the local shops you need, pharmacies, markets, shops, street markets, not to mention the city's main transport options: taxi, Uber, bus and subway. From the airports to here it is about 20 minutes from SDU and 50 minutes from GIG.

In the surrounding area there are restaurants ranging from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need in a normal neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.
